Welcome Ravin S. Bisla to OCP
We are pleased to announce the addition of Ravin S. Bisla to the Objective Capital Partners team as Director of the Healthcare and Life Sciences practices. In this role, Ravin adds M&A execution capabilities and deep industry-specific knowledge to our senior team of professionals. With an extensive history of success in M&A engagements, corporate development and corporate finance, Ravin further strengthens both our Healthcare and Life Sciences practices.
Prior to Objective Capital Partners, Ravin served as a Regional Director of Operations at Sound Inpatient Physicians. In that role, he was accountable for all program performance including operational metrics and profitability which consisted of P&L’s for nine hospital programs. He also collaborated with physicians and client executives to manage financial and clinical aspects of operations.
Previous to Sound Inpatient Physicians, Ravin served as a Transaction Director at DaVita Healthcare Partners in which he managed and executed transactions including acquisitions, divestitures of existing assets, cultivated physician relationships and negotiated deal terms/documents for acquisitions and joint ventures. His success while at DaVita included 28 acquired facilities, 20 de novo facilities, nine asset divestitures and two partner buyouts.
Before DaVita Healthcare Partners, Ravin served as a Director of Corporate Development and subsequently Vice President of Corporate Development at Vantage Oncology. While serving in this role, he sourced and managed relationships with acquisition targets as well as identified, pursued and executed strategic growth opportunities including facility acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic hospital partnerships.
To prepare for his professional experience, Ravin received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University, and a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Operations from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
