Tyler Kidd is an Analyst at Objective Capital Partners, responsible for leading the analytical work in support of transaction execution and new business development, as well as assisting senior team members in the development and delivery of value-added investment banking products and services to clients and prospects.
Prior to joining Objective Capital Partners, Mr. Kidd worked at New Century Capital Partners, a leading technology and digital media focused investment bank in Los Angeles. There, he worked directly with the senior management team to provide support on several transactions, which included sell-side M&A transactions, capital raises and valuations. Before that, Mr. Kidd was a private equity analyst intern at Skyview Capital, a privately held investment firm headquartered in Los Angeles with a worldwide portfolio of assets.
Mr. Kidd is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University’s Hilton School of Business with a B.B.A. in Finance. While pursuing his degree, the U.S. Department of State awarded him the Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarship to study International Finance at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr. Kidd holds FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses and is a Registered Representative of BA Securities LLC, Member FINRA SIPC.
