 Selling Your Business (Business Sale Transaction)

As an investment banker and M&A advisor, we are a critical member of the transaction advisory team whose primary role is to sell the company and meet the stated objectives, while maintaining strict confidentiality throughout the entire transaction process. To successfully meet this role, we will perform a valuation of the business, develop confidential documents for presentations, market the business to potential buyers, and facilitate the due diligence and closing process. We deal with buyers and sellers on a daily basis, develop in-depth relationships with both, maintain detailed information on the capabilities and interests of each and know the market dynamics and comparable transactions that will help maximize price of the transaction. Acquiring a Company (Buy-Side Engagement)

A strategic acquisition takes more than a good deal. Our advisors will look for the right fit too. When we advise a buyer (acquirer) on a potential acquisition, we also often help to perform what’s called due diligence to minimize risk and exposure to an acquiring company, and focuses on a target’s true financial picture.
