M&A INVESTMENT BANKING ANALYST INTERNSHIP – SUMMER 2018 SESSION
Investment Banking Analyst Interns will develop numerous professional skills including financial analysis, industry research, business development, business writing, and presentation creation. Interns will gain general knowledge regarding mergers & acquisitions, capital financing and strategic advisory. Investment Banking Analyst Interns will assist junior and senior investment bankers at the firm in deal execution, business development, and other projects. Deal execution responsibilities may include industry research, researching acquirer/institutional investors, and data management among other functions. Business development responsibilities may include assisting junior investment bankers in developing transaction marketing materials, company research and qualification of prospective clients.
Successful candidates will be eager to learn in a fast paced and challenging environment and will possess strong analytical skills, a general understanding of financial statements, and industry research skills.
Investment Banking Analyst Internship opportunities are offered in three sessions throughout the year; Spring and Fall part-time positions and Summer full-time positions.
Compensation for the Investment Banking Analyst Internship position is based on experience and does not include full-time employee benefits, nor does it entitle the intern to a job at the conclusion of the internship. The training received by interns will be general in nature and will qualify interns for work in any similar business and is not specifically designed for a job at Objective Capital Partners.

- Investment Banking or Private Equity/VC: 1 year preferred
